(A) Petronas e-Voucher

1. Tap “e-Voucher” icon at Homepage. Select Petronas icon and select your preferred e-Voucher.
2. Claim your reward (rebate voucher) and tap “Purchase Now”.
3. Select your payment method. Apply your claimed rebate voucher. Tick “reward point discount RMxx” (if any) for discount.
4. Tap “Submit” to confirm payment.
5. After successful payment, go to “Me” page > “My Voucher” > “e-Voucher” > “Active” > Tap the e-Voucher and select “Click to Redeem”.
6. It will redirect to the Petronas e-Voucher redemption page. Scroll down and tap “Issue Coupon”. Select “OK” to confirm.
7. Present the “Insert Outlet Code” page to Petronas Station cashier and get cashier to insert Petronas outlet code. Redemption successfully done and you can start to pump your fuel now.
8. After redemption, back to the e-Voucher that you have redeemed. Select “Set as Used.” It will be stored in “Used” e-Voucher.

(B) JOCOM e-Voucher

1. Tap “e-Voucher” icon at Homepage. Select JOCOM icon and select your preferred e-Voucher.
2. Claim your reward (rebate voucher) and tap “Purchase Now”.
3. Select your payment method. Apply your claimed rebate voucher. Tick “reward point discount RMxx” (if any) for discount.
4. Tap “Submit” to confirm payment.
5. After successful payment, go to “Me” page > “My Voucher” > “e-Voucher” > “Active” > Tap the e-Voucher and select “Click to Redeem”.
6. Tap “Copy” PIN of select “Click to Redeem PIN” to get the e-Voucher code.
7. Open JOCOM app. Start shopping and add your favorite items to your cart. Proceed to checkout page.
(An active and valid JOCOM account is required to redeem the JOCOM e-voucher code. If app is not available, User will be prompted to download the JOCOM App from Google Play or App Store.)
8. Paste to insert the code that you have copied from ZCITY app. Select payment method and tap “Checkout” to complete your payment.
9. After redemption, back to the e-Voucher that you have redeemed. Select “Set as Used.” It will be stored in “Used” e-Voucher.

(C) Grab Food / Grab Ride e-Voucher

1. Tap “e-Voucher” icon at Homepage. Select “Grab Food” or “Grab Car” icon and select your preferred e-Voucher.
2. Claim your rebate voucher and tap “Purchase Now”.
3. Select your payment method. Apply your claimed rebate voucher. Tick “reward point discount RMxx” (if any) for discount.
4. Tap “Submit” to confirm payment.
5. After successful payment, go to “Me” page > “My Voucher” > “e-Voucher” > “Active” > Tap the e-Voucher and select “Click to Redeem”.
6. It will redirect to the Grab e-Voucher redemption page. Tap the Grab e-Voucher ticket > tap “Continue” > Tap “Click to redeem” > Select “Redeem in Grab App” > Tap “add to My Rewards” > Your e-voucher is successfully redeemed!
(An active and valid Grab account is required to redeem the Grab e-voucher. If app is not available, User will be prompted to download the Grab App from Google Play or App Store.)
7. Go to your Grab app > Tap your reward points > Tap “My Rewards” > Your Grab e-voucher is now in Active Rewards (Please remember to use it before it expires!)
8. After redemption, back to the e-Voucher that you have redeemed. Select “Set as Used.” It will be stored in “Used” e-Voucher.

(D) Lazada e-Voucher

6. Open Lazada app or visit Lazada official website https://www.lazada.com.my/ . Start shopping and add your favorite items to your cart. Proceed to checkout page.
(For Lazada app, an active and valid Lazada account is required to redeem the Lazada e-voucher PIN. If app is not available, user will be prompted to download the Lazada app from Google Play or App Store.)
7. Paste to the PIN that you have copied from ZCITY app. Select payment method and tap “Checkout” to complete your payment.
8. After redemption, back to your redeemed e-Voucher in ZCITY app. Select “Set as Used.” It will be stored in “Used” e-Voucher.

(E) Shopee e-Voucher

(1) Tap “e-Voucher” icon at Homepage. Select “Shopping” > “Shopee” icon and select your preferred e-Voucher.
(2) Claim your reward (rebate voucher) and tap “Purchase Now”.
(3) Select your payment method. Apply your claimed rebate voucher. Tick “reward point discount RMxx” (if any) for discount.
(4) Tap “Submit” to confirm payment.
(5) After successful payment, go to “Me” page > “My Voucher” > “e-Voucher” > “Active” > Select the e-Voucher that you wish to redeem > Tap “Copy” PIN or select “Click to copy PIN” button at bottom right corner.

(8) Scroll down and tap “select or enter code” > Paste the PIN that you have copied from ZCITY app > Scroll down and select the Shopee e-Voucher (label with “COUP” Marketing” that you have purchased > Tap “OK” at the bottom > The e-Voucher is successfully redeemed! > Tap “Place Order” to complete your payment.
(9) After redemption, back to your redeemed e-Voucher in ZCITY app. Select “Set as Used.” It will be stored in “Used” e-Voucher.

(F) Shell e-Voucher

(7) Enter or paste the PIN that you have copied from ZCITY app. Select payment method and tap “Checkout” to complete your payment.
(8) After redemption, back to your redeemed e-Voucher in ZCITY app. Select “Set as Used.” It will be stored in “Used” e-Voucher.

Retail e-Vouchers

For retail e-Voucher redemption, you must present your e-Voucher to the retail store cashier for redemption verification by entering the e-Voucher code. FYI, this is only valid and redeemable at retail stores.

Online e-Vouchers

For online e-Voucher redemption, you must copy and paste the e-Voucher PIN during payment checkout at your online platform. However, some may redirect you to the product/brand page itself to complete your redemption flow. This is only valid and redeemable at online platforms only.

After your purchase, go to “Me” page > “My Voucher” > “e-Voucher” to check all of your purchased e-Vouchers.

Users must redeem it only at a selected app accordingly after purchasing the e-Voucher via ZCITY. Do note that only an active and valid account is required to redeem each Brand’s e-voucher. Download the app from Google Play or Appstore for better details and user friendly experience.

It is subjective to different e-Voucher. Do refer to the terms & conditions of the e-Voucher for your redemption.

The e-voucher is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash in part or full, valid for a single transaction only. You can use this e-voucher for the purchase of the same value or higher value, just that any remaining balance will be forfeited. If the value of your order exceeds the value of the e-voucher, any outstanding balance shall be paid by the user using a different payment method.

The e-Vouchers are only valid for ONE time redemption and cannot be used partially.

Yes, you can send your purchased e-Vouchers to your ZCITY friends. Each e-Voucher only can be sent once to other user.
Example: User A sends User B a gift e-Voucher thru ZCITY. After User B received the e-Voucher, it can't be transferred to other user anymore.

Please follow the steps below.
(1) Go to "Me" page > tap "My Vouchers" > tap "e-Voucher" > tap "Active" and selected the e-Voucher that you wish to send.
(2) Select bottom left corner "Send a Gift" icon.
(3) Insert the area code and ZCITY ID (mobile number registered with ZCITY account) of your friend.
(4) Tap "Send a Gift". The page will pop up your friend's ZCITY ID account information. Click "Confirm" to proceed.
(6) e-Voucher successfully sent and it will be stored at “Me” page > “My Vouchers” > “e-Voucher” > “Gifted”.
(7) Your friend shall receive your e-Voucher immediately. He/She may check the e-Voucher at "Me" page > "My Vouchers" > "e-Voucher" > "Active".

Each e-Voucher can only be transferred ONCE to other ZCITY user. Please be informed that each e-Voucher can only be transferred ONCE to other ZCITY account. Transferred e-Voucher cannot be reverted anymore.
Example: User A sends User B a gift e-Voucher thru ZCITY. After User B received the e-Voucher, the same e-Voucher can't be transferred to other user anymore.

There is only limitation on Petronas e-Voucher and Touch N’ Go eWallet reload e-Voucher purchase.

The item that you purchased via ZCITY app is a reload PIN. You are required to copy their PIN from ZCITY “My Voucher” (located at Me page) and reload in your Touch N’ Go eWallet app account. After purchased Touch N’ Go eWallet reload PIN in ZCITY. Please follow steps below to complete your Touch N’ Go eWallet account reload:
(1) After successful payment, please go to “Me” page > “My Voucher” > “e-Voucher” > “Active”
(2) Check the Touch ‘n Go eWallet reload PIN provided in the details page > Tap “Click to copy PIN”
(3) Open TNG eWallet app > Tap “Reload” > Tap “TNG eWallet Reload PIN” > Enter/Paste the PIN that you have copied from ZCITY app > Successfully redeemed and done reload!

The e-voucher PIN (only for those e-voucher redemption with PIN) shall be reflected immediately or within ONE (1) hour at “Me” page > “My Voucher” > “E-voucher” > “Active”.
If you don’t receive the PIN after ONE (1) hour, please contact our ZCITY careline for further assistance.
Example:

User A purchases Touch N’ Go reload e-Voucher in ZCITY app. However, there is failure (such as internet connection problem) occurred during payment process. User A may follow the instructions below to continue the uncompleted payment again.
(1) Go to “Me” page and tap “My Orders”. You will see the uncompleted payment order that you have made just now. Select “Pay” button to submit the uncompleted payment again.
(2) Select payment method (only FPX online banking available for TNG reload PIN purchase). Tap “Confirm Payment” to proceed and complete thru FPX online banking.
(3) After successful payment, please go to “Me” page > “My Voucher” > “e-Voucher” > “Active”
(4) Check the Touch ‘n Go eWallet reload PIN provided in the details page > Tap “Click to copy PIN”
(5) Open TNG eWallet app > Tap “Reload” > Tap “TNG eWallet Reload PIN” > Enter/Paste the PIN that you have copied from ZCITY app > Successfully redeemed and done reload!

It shall be reflected immediately or within 24 hours. If you don’t receive the PIN after 24 hours, please contact our ZCITY careline for further assistance on your bill payment checking.

Go to “Me” page > Tap “My Orders” to check your e-Voucher purchase transaction and payment status.

If one of the multiple items in a single transaction has been utilized, and you only requested for refund for part of other items from the same single transaction, you will not get back your applied rebate voucher or reward points.
For example, you purchased 2 units of Shopee e-voucher in a single transaction with your rebate voucher or reward points applied during checkout. 1 of 2 units of Shopee e-voucher have been utilized and you requested for refund for another Shopee e-voucher, you will not get back your applied rebate voucher or reward points.

e-Voucher (Retail)

1. Present the e-Voucher in your mobile phone to the cashier on duty for redemption. Screenshot of the e-Voucher strictly will not be accepted.
2. The e-voucher will only be valid from the date of the issue to the date before expiry.
3. The e-voucher(s) must be redeemed before the expiry date.
4. The e-voucher(s) must be presented to the cashier of retail store for verification.
5. Whatever e-voucher(s) you have, it is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.
6. The e-voucher(s) are non-exchangeable for cash.
7. The e-voucher is not valid during sale or in conjunction with any special promotion and on discounted products.
8. The e-voucher can be redeemed only one time, it cannot be used partially and you can use this e-voucher for the purchase of the same value or higher value.
9. No refund will be given should the purchase amount be lesser than the e-Voucher value.
10. The management retains the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.
11. Each e-Voucher can only be transferred ONCE to other ZCITY account. Transferred e-Voucher cannot be reverted.
12. If one of the multiple items in a single transaction has been utilized, and you only requested for refund for part of other items from the same single transaction, you will not get back your applied rebate voucher or reward points.

1. The e-voucher code can only be redeemed online.
2. The e-voucher code will only be valid from the date of issue to the date before expiry.
