For now, we are only open for retail shop merchants with valid SSM registrations, online merchants will be made eligible from version 2.0 onwards.

It is currently free to join as a Zmerchant, no registration fee is charged.

(1) Normal Merchant

i. Login to ZCITY app
ii. Tap on “Me” page
iii. Swipe to “User Center”
iv. Tap on “Zmerchant Application”
v. Select merchant type - “Normal merchant”
vi. Fill up related information, upload related photo as required and submit

(2) Chain Merchant

i. Login to ZCITY app. Tap on “Me” page.
ii. Swipe to “User Center”. Tap on “Zmerchant Application”.
iii. Select merchant type - “Chain merchant”
iv. Fill up related information, upload related photo as required and submit
v. Chain merchant application will be verified and approved within 2 working days
vi. Chain merchant is then ready to add sub merchants (outlets)
vii. Visit Zmerchant Portal https://myrshop.zcity.io and login to chain merchant account
Viii. Tap on (Branch Management) > Select (Branch List) > Tap on (Add Branch)
ix. Fill up related information as required > Upload related photos as required > Tap on (Confirm) to complete

No need, merchants can just print all the same QR payment codes from one account and apply them throughout their different shops.

It takes 2 working days to verify and approve a Zmerchant application once submitted. You may check the status again 2 working days after submission. The status shall state as “Zmerchant” once approved.

You are ready to upload the display image for your shop once your Zmerchant application is approved. Tap on “Zmerchant Main” under “Merchant Center” at Me page

i. Login to ZCITY app
ii. Tap on “Me” page
iii. Swipe to “Zmerchant Center“
iv. Select “Zmerchant Information“
v. Select “Area” to relocate your store location

i. Login to ZCITY app, tap on “Me” page.
ii. Swipe to “Zmerchant Center”, select “Product Category” to add your product category (Example: Food). Go Back to “Zmerchant Center”, select “Add Product”.
iii. Fill up the details required and upload related image for your products. Tap on “Submit”.
iv. Products will be verified and approved within 2 working days.

i. Login to ZCITY app, tap on “Me” page.
ii. Swipe to “Merchant Centre“, select “Voucher“.
iii. Select “Voucher Type” which included Cash Rebate (cash voucher), Promotion (product promotion voucher and Free (free voucher).
iv. Fill up the information as required and tap on “Submit“.
v. Voucher will be verified and approved within 2 working days.
vi. Your voucher will go live in ZCITY app once verified and approved.

i. Tap on “Voucher” under “Zmerchant Center” at Me page.
ii. Tap on the voucher stated as “Not approved”.
iii. Check for the reason it was rejected, edit your voucher and resubmit it.

Contact our customer service careline at +60177158336 and report what are the wrong information being updated, they will assist you from there.

For chain stores with one same SSM number, you can use one phone number to register for all the chain stores. However, for stores with different SSM numbers you have to use different phone numbers to register.

i. Login to ZCITY app, tap on “Me” page.
ii. Swipe to “Zmerchant Centre“, select “Voucher”.
iii. All vouchers will be displayed under the “Published” and “Expired” column with different voucher types (All, Cash Rebates, Promotion and Free) which is located on the left side. You may check the voucher status (sold, unsold, used and not used) from here as well.

Tap on the “Referral QR Code” button. Share the invitation QR code with your customers to enable them to scan to download and register the ZCITY app.

(1) Normal Merchant

i. Tap on “Me” page, tap on “Income”
ii. All sales income (including cross business profit sharing) and history will be immediately reflected here once every transaction is successfully done.
iii. You may visit and login to Zmerchant Portal https://myrshop.zcity.io to check for more details on sales income.
iv. Tap on “Payment” > “Payment List”.

(2) Chain Merchant

i. Access to Zmerchant portal https://myrshop.zcity.io and login to your account.
ii. Tap on (Branch Management) > (Branch Transaction List) > (Select Branch).

i. Tap on “Me” page, tap on “Income”.
ii. Select (Information setting) > (Withdrawal password).
iii. Set withdrawal password with 6 digits.
iv. Tap on (Me) page > Tap on (Bank Account) under User Center.
v. Tap on (Add bank account) > Insert bank account details.
vi. Insert OTP code > Tap on “Save”.

i. Tap on (Me) page > Tap on the (Setting) icon at the top right corner.
ii. Select (Information setting) > (Withdrawal password) > (Forget withdrawal password).
iii. Enter Captcha Code.
iv. Tap on (Get OTP Code) to enter the code received via SMS and tap on (Next).
v. Reset withdrawal password with 6 digits.

(1) Normal Merchant

i. Tap on (Me) page > Tap on (Withdrawal).
ii. Insert the amount that you would like to withdraw. Tap on (Submit) to complete.

(2) Chain Merchant

Chain merchant can withdraw all income of sub merchants by itself from the Zmerchant Portal.
i. Access to Zmerchant portal https://myrshop.zcity.io and login to your account.
ii. Tap on (Branch Management) > (Branch Withdrawal) > (Withdrawal Application).
iii. Select your bank account. Enter withdrawal password.
iv. Enter total withdrawal amount from all sub merchants’ accounts.
v. Tap on “Confirm”.

It will take 4 working days for submission done before 12pm and 5 working days for submission done after 12pm.

A processing fee of RM1 will be charged for each withdrawal transaction.

1. Go to https://myrshop.zcity.io and login to your account.
2. Select “Payment List” on the left side.
3. Enter the “Transaction Number“ or “Date“ and tap on “search”
4. Select “Export Excel”

Because all merchants are sharing the database, this is the channel for merchants to grow the sales. If customers scanned the merchant's referral QR and complete a transaction via ZCITY App, merchant does not need to pay commission, because customer is tagged under the merchant's umbrella. Vice versa, if customers is not under the umbrella of merchant, merchant has to pay commission.
