(1) Normal Merchant

i. Login to ZCITY app
ii. Tap on the “Me” page
iii. Tap “Become Zmerchant” at top of the page.”
iv. Select merchant type - “Normal merchant”.
v. Fill up your relevant information, uploading your latest photo is required and submit it.
vi. Zmerchant application will be verified and approved within 2 working days.

(2) Chain Merchant

i. Login to ZCITY app. Tap “Me” page.
ii. Tap “Become Zmerchant” at top of the page.
iii. Select merchant type - “Chain merchant”.
iv. Fill up related information, upload your related photo and submit.
v. Chain merchant applications will be verified and approved within 2 working days.

Once done, you are ready to add sub merchant (outlet)
vii. Visit Zmerchant Portal https://myrshop.zcity.io and login to chain merchant account
viii. Tap (Branch Management) > Select (Branch List) > Tap (Add Branch)
ix. Fill up related information required > Upload related photos required > Tap (Confirm) to complete.

(3) Individual Trader

i. Login to ZCITY app. Tap “Me” page.
ii. Tap “Become Zmerchant” at top of the page.
iii. Select merchant type - “Individual Trader”.
iv. Fill up related information, upload related photo required and submit.
v. Chain merchant application will be verified and approved within 2 working days.

Chain merchant and its sub merchants are sharing the same referral QR code. However, the payment QR code is different for the chain merchants and each of its sub merchant stores.

(1) Normal Merchant and Individual Trader

i. Tap “Me” page, tap “Income”
ii. All sales income (including cross business profit sharing) and history will be immediately reflected here once each transaction successfully done.
iii. You may visit and login to Zmerchant Portal https://myrshop.zcity.io to check for more details on sales income.
iv. Tap “Payment” > “Payment List”.

(2) Chain Merchant

i. Access to Zmerchant portal https://myrshop.zcity.io and login to your account.
ii. Tap (Branch Management) > (Branch Transaction List) > (Select Branch).

(1) Normal Merchant and Individual Trader

i. Tap (Me) page > Tap (Withdrawal).
ii. Insert the amount that you would like to withdraw and tap (Submit) to complete.

(2) Chain Merchant

Chain merchant has to withdraw all income of sub merchants itself from Zmerchant Portal.
i. Access to Zmerchant portal https://myrshop.zcity.io and login to your account.
ii. Tap (Branch Management) > (Branch Withdrawal) > (Withdrawal Application).
iii. Select your bank account. Enter withdrawal password.
iv. Enter total withdrawal amount from all sub merchants’ account.
v. Tap on “Confirm”.

As all merchants are sharing the database, this is specifically the channel where merchants can grow their sales more. However, if a customer scans the merchant’s referral QR code and completes a transaction via ZCITY App, the merchant does not need to pay for commission. This is because a customer is tagged under the merchant’s umbrella. If customers are not under the umbrella of a merchant, the merchant has to pay for commission fees.

FYI,we are not an e-wallet system but we are a thriving platform with an integrated payment gateway and only charge commission fee from merchants. Meanwhile other platforms might charge transaction fee, service fee and commission fee.
