| 1. | The ZCITY Sdn Bhd (“the Company”), “ZCITY” and “Scan Receipt, WIN BIG CASH” Campaign will run from 21 Sept 2023 to 21 Oct 2023 (“Campaign Period”) or any such other date(s) as may be determined by the Company in its sole and absolute discretion from time to time without prior notice in whatever manner mode of communication as the Company deems fit. |
| 2. | All entries must be registered users with email verification from ZCITY App. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and above. Users are encouraged to scan and submit receipts from any industry, without minimum spending requirement. The more you scan, the more entries you earn. |
| 3. | Each user shall only be allowed to submit one receipt per day during the campaign period and the submission of the receipt must correspond with the same date of the receipt failing which the submission will be automatically rejected. |
| 4. | Receipts must be clear and legible, showing the merchant’s name, address, same-day transaction date, and transaction details. Only eligible or complete receipts will be automatically accepted. |
| 5. | Users are encouraged to submit daily receipts for consideration, increasing their chances of winning. Winners will be determined based on the Lucky draw. |
| 6. | Winners’ announcement will be notified via the ZCITY Tiktok LIVE. Prize redemption instructions will be provided on the LIVE. |
| 7. | Winners are required to attend in person at the Organizer’s office on the winner ceremony day as mentioned in the email, for verification purposes. |
| 8. | Winners must present identification, including NRIC or passport, displaying their full name. |
| 9. | Winners’ announcement will be notified via the ZCITY Tiktok LIVE. Prize redemption instructions will be provided on the LIVE. |
| 10. | Winners are required to attend in person at the Organizer’s office on the winner ceremony day as mentioned in the email, for verification purposes. |
| 11. | Winners must present identification, including NRIC or passport, displaying their full name. |
| 12. | Winners must submit photocopies of their NRIC or passport to the Organizer for verification. |
| 13. | If any reason whatsoever, any winner is unable to verify on the winner ceremony day; the Organizer shall not reimburse or compensate the Winner. The Organizer shall not be obliged to give an extension notice of the verification period. All unverified winners after the winner ceremony day will be forfeited. |
| 14. | All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses incurred to participate in this campaign and redeem the prizes are the sole responsibility of the Winner(s). |

The Organizer may at its sole and absolute discretion disqualify any participant and/or revoke/forfeit the Prize entitlement at any time, where:

| 16. | In the event that the campaign cannot be administered and/or is abandoned and/or cancelled and/or discontinued due to any reason, the Organizer, without being subject to any form of liability and at its sole and absolute discretion, may decide to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the campaign and/or invalidate any entries for the campaign without assigning any reasons thereto and without notice to the participants. |
