1. Verify your email in ZCITY App to qualify for participating in this campaign.
2. Spend a minimum of RM30 in a single transaction at any SHELL e-Voucher transactions via ZCITY.
3. Only applicable to ZCITY and SHELL users.
4. Total 20 lucky winners will be selected monthly during the campaign period.
| 1. | Promotion period is from 1 January 2023 – 1 March 2023. |
| 2. | This campaign is open to all ZCITY registered users who have successfully verified his / her email in the ZCITY APP. |
| 3. | Spend a minimum of RM30 in a single transaction at any SHELL e-Voucher transactions and stand a chance to win 6-months free fuel with SHELL e-Voucher in ZCITY. |
| 4. | The campaign is only applicable to SHELL e-Voucher transactions in ZCITY app. |
| 5. | 20 lucky winners will be selected monthly by Gem Reward Sdn Bhd (ZCITY) during the campaign period. |
| 6. | The winner(s) will be notified by ZCITY Malaysia via a winner(s)' announcement posted on ZCITY Malaysia's official Facebook. |
| 7. | Campaign reward will be given in the form of Shell e-vouchers with the total value equivalent to winner(s)' accumulated spending on Shell e-vouchers within the campaign period. |
| 8. | The campaign reward will be credited into winner's ZCITY account for the period of 6-months (once per month) after the announcement date. |
| 9. | The reward distributed is not exchangeable for any other products or cash. |
| 10. | Each user is only entitled to win ONE (1) time throughout the campaign period. |
| 11. | Terms and conditions are subject to change with 1-month prior notice. |
| 12. | Winners will be contacted by our ZCITY careline within 14 working days from the following month. |
| 13. | Winners are required to attend in person at the Organizer’s office at on the winner ceremony day which mentioned in email for verification purpose. |
| 14. | Identification which includes NRIC, or passport, which displays the full name of the winners will be required. |
| 15. | Photocopy of NRIC or passport of winners is required to submit to the Organizer for verification purpose. |
| 16. | In the event, for any reason whatsoever, any of the winners is unable to verify on the winner ceremony day, the Organizer shall not reimburse or compensate the Winner. The Organizer shall not be obliged to give extension notice of the verification period. All unverified winners after the winner ceremony day will be forfeited. |
| 17. | All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in this campaign and to redeem the prizes is the sole responsibility of the Winner(s). |

The Organizer may at its sole and absolute discretion disqualify any participant and/or revoke/forfeit the Prize entitlement at any time, where: i. The participant fails to comply with the terms and conditions stated herein; ii. The participant attempts to undermine the operation and administration of the campaign by fraud, cheating, deception, abuse of redemptions and/or any dishonest activities; iii. The participant fails to provide accurate, complete, valid, identifiable and/or truthful information during participation, registration to participate and/or at any stage of the campaign. |
| 19. | In the event that the campaign cannot be administered and/or is abandoned and/or cancelled and/or discontinued due to any reason, the Organizer, without being subject to any form of liability and at its sole and absolute discretion, may decide to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the campaign and/or invalidate any entries for the campaign without assigning any reasons thereto and without notice to the participants. |
