| 2. | This campaign is open to all ZCITY registered users who have successfully verified their email in the ZCITY APP. |
| 3. | Accumulative spending of a minimum of RM65 (actual pay) on Celcom and Digi’s transactions via ZCITY and stand a chance to win a iPhone 13 mobile device. |
| 4. | The campaign is only applicable to any Celcom and Digi’s transactions in ZCITY app. |
| 5. | Two top spenders will be selected by Gem Reward Sdn Bhd (ZCITY) after the campaign ends. |
| 6. | ZCITY Malaysia will notify winner(s) through a winner(s)' announcement posted on ZCITY Malaysia's official Facebook page. |
| 7. | Our ZCITY careline will contact winners within 14 working days of the following month. |
| 8. | Winners are required to attend in person at the Organizer’s office on the winner ceremony day as mentioned in the email, for verification purposes. |
| 9. | Winners must present identification, including NRIC or passport, displaying their full name. |
| 10. | Winners must submit photocopies of their NRIC or passport to the Organizer for verification. |
| 11. | If any reason whatsoever, any winner is unable to verify on the winner ceremony day; the Organizer shall not reimburse or compensate the Winner. The Organizer shall not be obliged to give an extension notice of the verification period. All unverified winners after the winner ceremony day will be forfeited. |
| 12. | All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses incurred to participate in this campaign and redeem the prizes are the sole responsibility of the Winner(s). |
| 13. | The Organizer may at its sole and absolute discretion disqualify any participant and/or revoke/forfeit the Prize entitlement at any time, where: |
| i. | The participant fails to comply with the terms and conditions stated here in; |
| ii. | The participant attempts to undermine the operation and administration of the campaign by fraud, cheating, deception, abuse of redemptions and/or any dishonest activities; |
| iii. | The participant fails to provide accurate, complete, valid, identifiable and/or truthful information during participation, registration to participate and/or at any campaign stage. |
| 14. | In the event that the campaign cannot be administered and/or is abandoned and/or cancelled and/or discontinued due to any reason, the Organizer, without being subject to any form of liability and at its sole and absolute discretion, may decide to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the campaign and/or invalidate any entries for the campaign without assigning any reasons thereto and without notice to the participants. |
| 15. | The reward distributed is not exchangeable for any other products or cash. |
| 16. | Each user is entitled to win ONE (1) time throughout the campaign period. |
