Terms & Conditions

1. ZCITY Sdn Bhd ('the Company'), 'ZCITY,' and the 'Sip, Scan & Win' Campaign will run from 7th August 2023 to 7th September 2023 ('Campaign Period') or any other date(s) as may be determined by the Company in its sole and absolute discretion from time to time without prior notice in any mode of communication the Company deems fit.
2. All entries must be registered users with email verification from the ZCITY App. Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years old and above.
3. HOW TO JOIN:
  • Step 1: Register your email with the Company's ZCITY app.
  • Step 2: Verify your email address in your user profile on the 'Account' page.
  • Step 3: Tap on the 'Hi, I am Jojo, Try Me' icon on the home screen.
  • Step 4: Click 'Scan Receipt Here!'
  • Step 5: Scan a receipt containing the word 'Coffee' by pressing the camera button.
  • Step 6: Upon successful scan, the user is eligible to participate in the event and has a chance to win RM10 GrabFood e-voucher.
  • Step 7: The reward will be credited to your ZCITY account within 14 days after the campaign ends.
4. This Campaign is on a first-come, first-served basis. The Company reserves the right to amend, vary, and modify the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
5. Each user is only allowed to submit one receipt per day during the campaign period, and the submission of the receipt must correspond with the same date as the receipt; failing which the submission will be automatically rejected.
6. Prizes will be credited directly to the participant's ZCITY account and can only be used within the App and cannot be transferred.
7. Key in the promotional code directly at the merchant's app (for promotional code of the additional Prize):
  • i. Prizes are to be redeemed within the prize redemption period indicated on the Scan & Win digital card period or on the merchant's app. If a participant fails to claim his/her Prize within the time frame specified on the digital Scan & Win card, his/her Prize will be forfeited, and the participant shall not have any claim against the Company for such forfeiture. The Company reserves the right to deal with the unclaimed Prize(s) in its sole discretion.
  • ii. All redemption is subject to the merchant's terms and conditions. All the prizes are given on an 'as is' basis and are not transferable, nor exchangeable for cash or kind whether in part or in full.
8. The Company may, at any time, at its sole discretion, substitute any prize with any form of a similar value. The Company's determination of the winners shall be final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence shall be entertained. Any portion of the Prize that is not used will be forfeited.
9. All the items received from 'Sip, Scan & Win' are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
10. Images of Prizes shown in any promotional materials, advertisements, or other materials relating to this campaign are solely for illustration purposes only and may not depict the actual prizes.
11. All winning results during 'Sip, Scan & Win' are fully and solely based on the Company's verification. Any unverified claim(s) winning, which is not based on the Company's official written announcement via social media, will be treated as an invalid result.
12. The Company may, at its sole and absolute discretion, disqualify any participant and/or revoke/forfeit the Prize entitlement at any time, where:
  • i. The participant fails to comply with the terms and conditions stated herein.
  • ii. The participant attempts to undermine the operation and administration of the 'Sip, Scan & Win' by fraud, cheating, deception, abuse of redemptions, and/or any dishonest activities.
  • iii. The participant fails to provide accurate, complete, valid, identifiable, and/or truthful information during participation, registration to participate, and/or at any stage of the 'Sip, Scan & Win.'
13. In the event that the 'Sip, Scan & Win' cannot be administered and/or is abandoned and/or canceled and/or discontinued due to any reason, the Company, without being subject to any form of liability and at its sole and absolute discretion, may decide to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the ABP and/or invalidate any entries for the 'Sip, Scan & Win' without assigning any reasons thereto and without notice to the participants.
14. The Company reserves the right to alter, extend, or terminate the 'Sip, Scan & Win,' or amend the terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the promotion, the decision of ZCITY shall be final.
15. These Terms & Conditions are valid during the campaign period until amended or suspended by the Organizer.
16. ZCITY acknowledges that ZCITY, and not Apple Inc., is responsible for addressing any claims that you or any third party may have in relation to ZCITY Sip, Scan & Win.
