1. Verify your email in ZCITY App to qualify for participating in this campaign.
2. Launch ZCITY app and tap on the CNY Watch & Win floating icon or App banner.
3. You will have one (1) entry per day to participate CNY Watch & Win daily with random reward.
4. Click “Claim Rewards” after watching the video to claim your reward.
| 1. | To participate in this “Watch & Win”, you must be a registered user with email verified of the ZCITY’s App. |
| 2. | Campaign period is from 6 th January 2023 until 5 th February 2023. |
| 3. | By entering the “Watch & Win”, participants agreed that have read and accepted these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to verify any entry and any winner. We may refuse to award the Prize(s) where we have reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions. Participants agreed that they will comply with all applicable laws when entering the “Watch & Win”. |
| 4. | By participating in this campaign and/or providing participants personal data to the Organizer, participants are warrant, read and understand the Privacy Policy enclosed to these Terms and Conditions and participants consent to the Organizer’s processing of participants personal data in accordance with said Privacy Policy. Participants agreed to indemnity, defend, and hold the Organizer harmless against any loss, damages, costs, claims, actions, or liabilities occurring due to participants breach of the aforesaid warranty and representation. |
| 5. | The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions listed at any time without prior notice. |
| 6. | All the prizes listed in “CNY Watch & Win” are subject to change by the Organizer without prior notice. |
| 7. | An education content will be displayed before users can attempt to claim the “Reward”. |
| 8. | “Reward” is referring to “Zcoins”, “Zcoupon”, “e-Voucher” and “Zbonus” in ZCITY app. |
| 9. | User must watch the education content until the end in order to claim the “Reward”. If not to do so, user will not be able to claim the “Reward”. |
| 10. | Each ZCITY account will have one (1) free daily chance to win random reward. |
| 11. | Each winner will receive only one (1) item after successfully watched an education content. |
| 12. | “Reward” that redeemed through “CNY Watch & Win” in ZCITY app will be credited into user’s account instantly. |
| 13. | Zcoins won and earned through “CNY Watch & Win” in ZCITY app will be credited into winner’s account instantly. |
| 14. | “Zcoupon” which includes RM8.00 Zstore cash vouchers can be utilizing in all Zstore transactions (excluding Food voucher, Zmember Subscription and enogy purchase) with a minimum spend of RM50.00 and the validity is from 6 th January 2023 until 31st March 2023. |
| 15. | The e-Voucher won “CNY Watch & Win” in ZCITY app will be credited into winner’s account instantly. |
| 16. | “Zbonus” includes the value range of RM0.28 – RM0.38 which randomised and applicable to Scan & Pay, Bill Payment, Prepaid, e-Voucher purchase (excluding TnG Reload PIN and Boost eWallet Reload PIN), and Zstore. |
| 17. | The validity of the value in “Zbonus” is until 28th February 2023. |
| 18. | All winning result during 'CNY Watch & Win' is fully and solely based on the Organizer's verification. Any unverified claim(s) winning which not based on Organizer's official written announcement via social media will be treated as invalid result. |
| 19. | Images of Prizes shown in any promotional materials, advertisements or other materials relating to this campaign are solely for illustration purposes only and may not depict the actual prizes. |
| 20. | All the prizes for winner are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and can’t be redeemed for cash. |

The Organizer may at its sole and absolute discretion disqualify any participant and/or revoke/forfeit the Prize entitlement at any time, where: i. The participant fails to comply with the terms and conditions stated herein; ii. The participant attempts to undermine the operation and administration of the “CNY Watch & Win” by fraud, cheating, deception, abuse of redemptions and/or any dishonest activities; iii. The participant fails to provide accurate, complete, valid, identifiable and/or truthful information during participation, registration to participate and/or at any stage of the “Watch & Win”. |
| 22. | In the event that the “CNY Watch & Win” cannot be administered and/or is abandoned and/or cancelled and/or discontinued due to any reason, the Organizer, without being subject to any form of liability and at its sole and absolute discretion, may decide to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the “CNY Watch & Win” and/or invalidate any entries for the “CNY Watch & Win” without assigning any reasons thereto and without notice to the participants. |
| 23. | The organizer reserves the right to alter, extend or terminate the “Watch & Win”, or amend the terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the promotion, the decision of ZCITY shall be final. |
| 24. | These Terms & Conditions are valid during the campaign period until amended or suspended by the Organizer. |
| 25. | ZCITY acknowledges and agrees that Apple Inc. is not obligated to provide any maintenance or service support in regards to ZCITY “Watch & Win”. |
| 26. | ZCITY acknowledges that ZCITY, and not Apple Inc., is responsible for addressing any claims that you or any third party may have in relation to ZCITY “Watch & Win”. |
