The Company has the right to replace any Prize with an item of similar value at any time without prior notice. | ||||||
| 7.2 | The Prize value are from RM2.00 to RM90.00 throughout the Campaign Period and the value in the form of “Zbonus” will be credited to the participant ZCITY app account. | ||||||

| 7.4 | Prizes are to be redeemed within the prize redemption period indicated on the Scratch and Win digital card period or on the merchant’s app. If a participant fails to claim his/her Prize within the time frame specified on the digital Scratch and Win card, his/her Prize will be forfeited, and the participant shall not have any claim against the Company for such forfeiture. | 8 | The Company may at any time at its sole discretion, substitute any prize with any form of a similar value. The Company’s determination of the winners shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence shall be entertained. Any portion of the Prize that is not used will be forfeited. | ||||||
| 9. | All the item(s) received from “Anniversary Bonus Pack” and “Scratch & Win” are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and can’t be redeemed for cash. | ||||||

The Company may at its sole and absolute discretion disqualify any participant and/or revoke/forfeit the Prize entitlement at any time, where: i. The participant fails to comply with the terms and conditions stated herein; ii. ii.The participant attempts to undermine the operation and administration of the “Scratch & Win” by fraud, cheating, deception, abuse of redemptions and/or any dishonest activities; iii. | 15. | These Terms & Conditions are valid during the campaign period until amended or suspended by the Organizer. | ||||||
| 16. | ZCITY acknowledges and agrees that Apple Inc. is not obligated to provide any maintenance or service support in regard to ZCITY “Scratch & Win”. | ||||||
| 17. | ZCITY acknowledges that ZCITY, and not Apple Inc., is responsible for addressing any claims that you or any third party may have in relation to ZCITY ABP. | ||||||
